Day 2 of my see food diet. That is, see food, then ignore it.
Intake so far this week.
Monday Breakfast, Bran Flakes, red top milk a banana and an espresso coffee. Lunch raw carrots, pitta bread and humous. Dinner lamb casserole. Various fruits in-between meals.
Tuesday Breakfast, muesli and red top milk a banana and an espresso coffee. No lunch as I got up late after my nocturnal tumble. Dinner, bowl of home made potato and leek soup and a piece of pitta bread, followed by three plums and some fat-free yoghurt.
I'm fucking starving Marvin. So far this evening I've managed to get into three arguments, one nearly coming to blows. Nothing unusual there, I hear you say. Except I'm in the flat by myself!
