This week saw riots spread across four wings of HMP Birmingham. In response to the riots Justice Secretary Liz Truss has decreed that violence in prisons "will not be tolerated".
I’m sure both screws and cons will sleep a little easier now this decree has been passed down.
If only the Pope and Ban Ki-Moon could make similar pronouncements on world peace...
