Clare
Hollingworth, the reporter who broke the story of the German invasion of
Poland, the act that started the Second World War, has died at the great age of
105. Hollingsworth went on to report in war zones including Algeria, Vietnam
and the Middle East in a long and illustrious career in journalism.
"I
enjoy action," Hollingworth once told the BBC. "I enjoy being in a
plane that's bombing something..."
It is always heartening to hear of somebody who really enjoys what they do for a living.
